"This boat was added to the HCR due to its mention in offset booklet HH.4.9.2: #102 (yacht tender). All the other yacht tenders mentioned in that offset booklet were Albatross rowboats built from plan 28-1 and from model 121, leading to the assumption that this was also the case for #102p's yacht tender."
