"[Item Description:] Penciled sailplan and midship section of a deep- and long-keeled gaff sloop [#189106es Unbuilt 70ft LOA Sloop Design] with long bowsprit and a bow reminiscent of GLORIANA titled '70 ft. Aug. 1891'. With calculations arriving at a total sail area of 6170sqft. Overlaid over the midship section is another half-section of another design with deeper keel (with unreadable annotation).
