"Contract, of two parts, made this 5th day of June 1895, by and between the Herreshoff Manufacturing Company, a Corporation created under the Laws of the State of Rhode Island and doing business in Bristol, in said State, herein after called the Party of tne first Part, and Mr. C. M. Baker, of Boston in the State of Massachusetts, herein after called the Party of the Second Part, witnesseth:
