One of CLARA's past owners had occasion to correspond with L Francis and apparently got on quite good terms. Seems that this past owner's children were conceived aboard CLARA. In the same bunk as LFH was. Forward - starboard side. He also reported with some authority that she had bronze floors and deck beams and was double-planked.
