"Newly identified model. Reference to the hard-chined dinghy for towing to Coconut Grove #193003es was added by CvdL because its plan 028-065 was prepared at the same time (June 1927) as this model no. 25 and its preliminary model no. 1227 and because NGH wrote for 'towing ... to Coconut Grove" which clearly is a reference to his vacations spent there."
