"This is possibly not only the model for #187504es Amaryllis [Model Yacht], but the actual plug from which NGH made its paper-mache hulls. Both, model/plug and the model yacht Amaryllis are ca. 35.5" long. This model probably also represents #187601es Amaryllis although it is believed that there may have been another model involved because none of the scales (1/8, 1/12) commonly used by NGH would make a 35.5" long model represent the 24' 10" long #187601es."
