Trial of Launch for Westward by Nat [N.G.H. Jr.]
Launch is 18ft o.a. 5ft beam & quite deep.
Has a 10hp, 4 cyl. Buffalo Motor, 22in 3 blade screw about 20in mean pitch intended for towing.
Running free, 2 on board, nearly calm.

"Motor Boat. 18' 9"long x 5' 7" beam x 2' 9" depth; clench built by Herreshoff, specially designed and built for acting as tender and towing large sailing yacht; 10 h.p. 4-cylinder, 4 cycle Buffalo motor with reverse gear; very high-class job; little used; ready immediately. Summers & Payne, Ltd., Southampton [though not identified by name, dimensions and Buffalo engine more than strongly suggest this to be #191002ep Power Tender for #692s Westward.
